Child Safety Standards

Ishraqa Daily has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.

What we prohibit

• Any content that depicts a minor in a sexual context, promotes their exploitation, or solicits images or meetings from them.
• Grooming, or any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for a sexual purpose.
• Sharing links or contact details that lead to such content.
• Sexual content of any kind in the app.

How we protect young people

• Accounts are for ages 13 and up. We delete any account we learn belongs to a younger child.
• No private direct messages between users in the app.
• Posts in Your Culture and Echo are reviewed before publishing, and every club has moderation tools.
• Partner institutions appoint an adult supervisor for their members under 18.
• Block and report on every post, comment and profile.

How to report

• In the app: tap "Report" on any post, comment, recording or profile, and choose "Child safety".
• By email: hello@ishraqa.app, subject "Child safety". Do not attach the abusive material itself; send its link, a description, or the username.
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police or your local child protection line first.

What we do with a report

• Child safety reports get top priority; content is hidden as soon as it is first verified.
• We remove the content and permanently ban the offending account.
• We securely preserve the necessary evidence and report CSAM to the relevant authorities as required by law, including NCMEC and local authorities.
• We cooperate with law enforcement on any lawful request.

Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws and with the policies of Google Play and every store where we publish.
